No success, no fee — fixed prices from £99

What's rightfully yours, claimed properly.

This money is already yours. We just do the form.

Millions of pounds in benefits go unclaimed every year because the forms are long, confusing and exhausting. Tell us about your day-to-day life by ticking simple options — we turn your answers into a clear, complete application and submit it for you.

Eight benefits covered, including Attendance Allowance, PIP, Universal Credit health element and DLA for children.

"I struggle to use the stairs because of breathlessness. I have to take them one at a time and stop to rest halfway. My wife walks behind me in case I lose my balance."

How it works

No jargon, no long phone queues, no 30-page form on your kitchen table. Three steps from start to submitted.

1

Answer simple questions

We email you a secure link. You tick options that describe your daily life — like "difficulty getting out of bed" — then choose why, and what help you need. Type extra detail if you want to. Prefer to talk? We can do it over the phone instead.

2

We build your application

Your answers are turned into clear, well-written responses that answer exactly what the Department for Work and Pensions is asking. A real person reviews every application before anything is sent — nothing goes out on autopilot.

3

We submit it for you

We send your completed application online or by post, whichever the benefit requires. You get a copy for your records, and we let you know what happens next and when to expect a decision.

Benefits we help with

Every application we handle is one we know inside out — and if you might qualify for more than one, we'll tell you.

An older man walking his dog along a beach, using a walking stick £250

Attendance Allowance

For people over State Pension age who need help with personal care or supervision. Worth up to £5,600 a year, and not means-tested.

A man in his thirties sitting alone at a table by a window £350

Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

For people aged 16 to State Pension age whose condition affects daily living or getting around. Worth up to £9,500 a year, and not means-tested.

A woman sitting at a kitchen table, head resting in her hand £350

Universal Credit health element & ESA

Extra support if your health limits your ability to work — worth around £5,000 a year on top of your UC, with no work requirements.

An adult holding a small child's hand £250

DLA for children

For children under 16 who need substantially more care, supervision or help getting about than other children their age.

An older woman sitting on a bench in a park £150

An older couple walking hand in hand along a tree-lined path in autumn £150

Carer's Allowance

For people who spend 35+ hours a week caring for someone. We check first whether claiming could leave your household worse off.

A sign reading Blue badge holders only, with disabled parking symbols £99

Blue Badge

Parking badge from your council. Hidden disabilities like autism, dementia and severe anxiety count — not just walking difficulties.

An older couple walking together along a cobbled street £99

Council Tax discounts

Widely missed. Dementia, a learning disability or a stroke can mean a 25–100% discount — often backdated by years. Refunds of thousands are common.

Questions people ask us

Can't I just apply myself for free?

Yes — and if you're comfortable doing that, you should. Applications are free through GOV.UK, and organisations like Citizens Advice and Age UK offer free help. We exist for people who find the forms overwhelming, don't have anyone to help, or simply want it done properly without the stress.

What does "no success, no fee" actually mean?

If the application we submit for you doesn't result in an award, you pay us nothing. If it succeeds, you pay one fixed fee for that application — between £99 and £350 depending on the benefit, always shown clearly before you start. It's a one-off payment, never a share of your benefit. Your benefit money is yours, every week, forever.

What if I'm not good with computers?

No problem. The online form is optional. We can gather everything over the phone instead, at your pace, and read everything back to you before it's sent.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Health and financial information is sensitive, and we treat it that way — it's stored securely, used only to prepare your application, and never sold or shared for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Could I be entitled to more than one?

Very often, yes — and this is where people miss out most. Attendance Allowance can increase your Pension Credit. Getting PIP or AA can mean whoever looks after you qualifies for Carer's Allowance. Either can unlock a Blue Badge and a Council Tax discount. We look at your whole situation, tell you everything you appear to qualify for, and charge half price for any second application.

What if I'm turned down?

You pay us nothing. You also have the right to challenge the decision yourself — it's called a Mandatory Reconsideration and you normally have one month to ask for one. A large proportion of benefit decisions are overturned on challenge, so a refusal is genuinely not the end of the road. Our fee covers the initial application; if you'd like help with a challenge, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it and what we'd charge.

Are you part of the government or DWP?

No. Rightfully is an independent service. We are not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions or any government body. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf, with your permission.

How long does a decision take?

That's up to the DWP, not us — but typically a few weeks to a few months depending on the benefit. We'll tell you what to expect when we submit, and many benefits are backdated to the date of claim, so starting sooner usually means more money.
